A Government-Funded ADHD Support Project Delivered by SX MMA CIC
We are proud to introduce Empowering Neurodiversity through MMA; A bold and innovative programme designed to support young people with ADHD in discovering their strengths, building confidence, and unlocking their full potential.

What is it? A 10-week ADHD-focused project for students aged 11–16, combining:

Weekly ADHD coaching and mentoring

Structured and engaging MMA training

Personal growth and identity development
-
Progress tracking and feedback for families and schools

Why MMA? Martial arts provides the perfect environment for:

Physical movement that matches neurodiverse learning styles

Who is it for? How Can I get involved? When does it start?
Who is it for? Students aged 11–16 in Brentwood and surrounding areas with a diagnosis of ADHD — or who are awaiting assessment / showing traits.
What does it cost? Nothing — the programme is fully funded by the UK Government and Brentwood Borough Council.

Choose a free morning session: assembly, taster group or CPD

Select a small group of students by 10th October 2025​

When does it start?

Outreach begins: 24th September

Student registration deadline: 10th October

Programme delivery: 16th October to December 18th
